The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center Collection showcases local documents and family histories that tell the story of Black heritage in the Lincolnville community in Saint Augustine. This collection contains photos from the Excelsior High School, the first Black public high school in Saint Johns County, as well as family photos and memorabilia showing the lives of Lincolnville residents.
Our goal is promote, preserve and perpetuate over 450 years of Black history in Saint Augustine.
