Description
The Wakeman House (Florida Heritage House) at 1 Aviles Street is a reconstruction of a building from the Second Spanish Period (1784-1821). The Historic St. Augustine Preservation Board reconstructed the structure on its original site in 1965 to serve as the Florida State Center (also referred to Florida Heritage House).
