Enlisted Aug. 3, 1864 (age 38); Discharged Honorably Aug. 15, 1865; Occupation: Manual Laborer; Husband of Susan (Pension Claimant) for 40 years; Complained of contracted rheumatism due to injured right shoulder; Cause of Death — Dropsy of the heart.
Died in Jacksonville, Sunday, Jan. 27, 1901.
